We provided an implementation of our HealthPRM hospital app and patient experience platform to South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust.
This is available for phone and tablet for iOS and Android. It comes complete with built in content management system so that the hospital staff can maintain the in-app content themselves. Content is stored locally, so no need for a connection once the content has been synchronised.
Content ranges from services and contacts to news, maps and the NHS Friends and Family Test. In this case, extra custom surveys are also available. All surveys are managed via an electronic dashboard with direct export to Excel.
Overall the trust are delighted with the app.
